AFT 2024 National Convention

The 88th biennial convention of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) has been called to convene and will remain in session until such time as it has given full consideration to such matters as legally may be brought before it. All duly elected delegates from AFT Connecticut-affiliated local unions are invited to participate.

AFT Connecticut-affiliated local unions’ delegates will gather Jul 22 (day 3) at 4:30pm in room 310 of the convention center to cast ballots for national officers and executive committee members.
