The formal “call to convention” for our state federation’s 76th annual event was announced on March 2, 2023 in an official notice mailed to affiliated local union presidents. Included were detailed instructions for registering delegates and alternates to be seated, as well as timelines for nominating annual award winners and proposing resolutions and constitutional amendments.
