Stamford “Hands Off” March & Rally

Members of all AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions are invited to join community members in taking to the streets locally and nationwide with a clear message: “Hands off.” The purpose is to show a united resistance to White House attempts to take everything they can get their hands on – and daring the world to stop them.

The action organizers are committed to nonviolent protest and expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values, and to act lawfully.

The event is being organized by a coalition of state and local organizations (noted on the flyer, below), including AFT Connecticut.
