“Building Skills Around Negotiating Conflict” Sessions
Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions are invited to attend this new virtual professional development course aimed effectively approaching conflict-laden work situations. Presenters will discuss how people express themselves and how members can help support others in their listening and speaking efforts.
For members’ convenience, two sessions are being offered (both from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm):
