Connecticut for All “Democracy School: Revenue”
Members of all AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions and chapters are invited to join labor, faith and community allies to plan wining strategic investments in key areas during the 2026 legislative session. Despite record surpluses, elected leaders have yet to fully reform restrictive fiscal roadblocks that hamper investments in public services and programs that working families and small business depend on.
The event is being organized by Connecticut for All (CTFA), which includes AFT Connecticut.
Coffee will be served at 8:30 am. Lunch will be provided at 1:00 pm, during which time participants will discuss preparations for canvassing at the “No Kings” protest at the State Capitol at 2:00 pm. A march to the event from the church is planned for 1:45 pm.
