Joint Executive Committee/Delegate Assembly Meeting

Combined meeting of AFT Connecticut’s elected officers, vice-presidents and delegates from each of the federation’s affiliated local unions. Typically the two bodies come together quarterly to review policy, discuss issues and act on recommendations for federation-wide action.

Agenda includes a presentation by Connecticut Attorney General William Tong. He will discuss the various legal actions he and his colleagues in other states have recently taken to protect communities targeted by the White House’s illegal and punitive executive orders.
