“No Kings: Vote Early” – Nationwide Day of Action

Members of all AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions and chapters are invited to join community members in taking to the streets as part of nationwide day of action. For over a year, millions of people have come together to send a clear message: in America, we have no kings. Now is not the time to back down. Authoritarian excess and corruption from the Trump Administration and its allies in Congress continues to chip away at the core of our country.

These events are part of a coordinated day of action organized by an alliance that includes our national union. The focus of these events will be on voter registration, civic participation and defending our democracy.
