Meriden Teachers Union “Meriden Springs Into Reading” Book Fair

Members of our AFT Connecticut-affiliated union representing teachers in Meriden Public Schools are teaming up with community partners to bring new books to local children. Together they are partnering with First Book, an international non-profit social enterprise dedicated to providing brand new, free reading material for kids from low-income families.

Co-sponsors of the event include the Boys and Girls Club of Meriden and the MembersFirst CT Federal Credit Union.
