Conversation on CT’s Fiscal Road Blocks

Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions are invited to join advocates in demanding legislative action to invest in vital public services and protect the state’s quality of life. The purpose is to blunt the impact of painful federal resource holdbacks and service cuts by moving state lawmakers to reform fiscal roadblocks to progress.

Members are urged to bring at least one colleague with them to demonstrate our collective commitment and people-based power to pave the way for a brighter future. The event is organized by the Connecticut For All coalition, which includes our state federation, and the Greater Hartford Interfaith Action Alliance.
