2025 AAUP/AFT Summer Institute
Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated higher education locals and AAUP chapters are invited to learn how to organize, communicate, and advocate strategically in the company of other activists. The 2025 session presents a crucial opportunity for fighting back while continuing to advance a shared vision that:
- serves students and communities;
- drives regional and national economies, &
- is truly affordable and accessible to all.
Participation is free for AFT and AAUP-affiliated union/chapter members, and includes:
- all workshop materials;
- breakfast on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday;
- lunch on Friday and Saturday; &
- opening reception on Thursday evening.
Advance registration is required.
Housing is available in dorm-style rooms for $55.00 per night.
