Healthcare “Safe Patient Limits” Mobilization Town Hall
Join us for a virtual meeting being organized by AFT Connecticut’s legislative advocates in collaboration with our healthcare leaders. The purpose is to share information about S.B. 1067, An Act Concerning Adequate and Safe Health Care Staffing. This new bill will both strengthen existing law and ensure hospitals are required to adhere to safe staffing levels.
If short staffing has impacted your work, your mental health and your daily life, then our state’s lawmakers need to hear from you. While we don’t have an official date for the public hearing, we want you and your colleagues to be ready. This meeting is a chance for you to ask any questions about S.B. 1067.
