Healthcare “Polyvagal Theory & Burnout” Webinar
Members of local AFT Connecticut-affiliated healthcare unions are invited to join us for this latest continued education webinar. “Polyvagal Theory & Burnout: A Roadmap to Recovery” will be presented by author and The GRIIT Project founder Kelly Lynch, LCSW, EMT, CPT, PN-1.
During this presentation, members will be introduced to Polyvagal Theory and how the nervous system is impacted when burnout hits full force. They will be provided tools for recovery and explore how to apply these strategies to have a successful career in medicine.
