CT State Conference AAUP “Defending Higher Education” Conference

Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated AAUP chapters  are invited to attend the Connecticut State Conference-AAUP’s  full-day event on current efforts to defend higher education in today’s hostile political climate. The conference  will feature panels and presentations on:

– organizing strategies for collective bargaining and advocacy chapters;

 academic freedom in the current moment; &

CT state legislative budgets. 

Supported by an AAUP development grant and co-sponsored with support from all affiliated AAUP chapters in Connecticut. Hosted by the Wesleyan AAUP Chapter.

 Coffee will be available at 9:00 am. Box lunch will be provided at 12:00 pm (select meal choice at registration form, below).
