CSU Budget Cuts Rally

Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions are invited to join the professors, faculty and staff in Connecticut’s public higher education in demanding adequate resources to serve public college and university students.

Members are invited to wear their union tee-shirts, bring at least one colleague and gather outside the building ahead of the Connecticut State Colleges & Universities (CSCU) Board of Regents meeting. Following the rally, members are encouraged to stay to hear an expected discussion of system officials’ budget mitigation plans and proposed tuition hikes.
