Danbury Hospital Nurses and WCHN Adopt Agreement for New Three-Year Contract

“We have a long and proud history of promoting our nurses and providing our patients with excellent care, and we will continue to do so together,” shared WCHN spokesperson, Andrea Rynn.

“During talks, both sides gave the highest priority to the issues impacting delivery of quality patient care. The end result is an agreement that shows the mutual commitment of our union leaders and the network’s nursing managers to what matters most; the health of our patients,” said Unit 47 President Mary Consoli.

Hospital administration and union leadership have agreed not to disclose or discuss specific details of the contract. Both agree it is a fair and equitable package allowing an uninterrupted focus on their patients.
