Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated PreK-12 and PSRP unions are teaming up with parents, advocates and our allies in the Alliance to Reclaim Our Schools for a third coordinated day of action across the nation. Educators in more than 200 communities across the U.S. are mobilizing simultaneous events at the start of the school day.Union members are organizing local events here in Connecticut in the following cities and towns:
- Hartford
- New Haven
- Windham
- New Britain
- Middletown
- Waterbury
- West Haven
- Meriden
- Norwich
- Manchester
- Ansonia
- Vernon
All over the country, people are mobilizing for the public schools ALL our students deserve and against cutbacks, over-testing, and privatization. Join us and help build the movement for educational justice.
