Fri, 09/23/2022 - 10:00am - 11:00am Members of all AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions are invited to show solidarity for registered nurses at Windham Community Memorial Hospital (WCMH) who are on strike to demand "patients before profits." This action is an important next step in current negotiations over successor contracts for caregivers at the acute care facility owned and operated by Hartford HealthCare (HHC).
Free parking is available on-street and in the nearby Kramer building lot, located at 322 Prospect Street.
The event is being organized by our affiliated Windham Federation of Professional Nurses and WCMH United Employees unions.
