Rally for Labor-Endorsed Candidates in Meriden

Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions and their families are invited to this "Get Out The Vote" rally in support of labor-endorsed candidates on the November 8 General Election ballot. Organizers will be on hand to sign-up volunteers for the Connecticut AFL-CIO's local "labor-to-labor" canvasses, including an activity in Meriden scheduled to immediately follow the rally beginning at 1:00pm.
 
Speakers include national AFT President Randi Weingarten and state federation president Jan Hochadel. Light lunch will be served.
