Recovery for All Coalition "Rally for a Moral Budget"

Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated local unions are invited to join our allies in the Recovery for All coalition to demand a state budget that puts peoples’ needs first. This demonstration is being organized in anticipation of legislative counter-proposals to Governor Ned Lamont’s initial fiscal blueprint that are expected to fall short in funding vital public services.

 

The event is being organized by Recovery for All CT (R4A) and the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC), both of which include AFT Connecticut.

 

Free parking available in the adjacent Legislative Office Building garage at 300 Capitol Avenue. R4A is also organizing bus transportation from up to six locations throughout the state.
