AFT Virtual Reopening Clinic III: Classroom Instruction & Learning

Members of AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions are invited to participate in this series of discussions of the science, strategies and tools needed to reopen school buildings safely despite the pandemic. Each webinar will review current public health guidance, how leaders have addressed the issues in their schools and how collective bargaining and collaboration can put these practices in place.

 

This next discussion will address the importance of addressing inequities in our public schools and meeting the needs of the whole child. Hear from experts and AFT leaders about how to seize this moment to advocate for more equitable learning models.
