AFT CT 74th Annual Business Convention

Important deadlines for convention participants (applicable documents linked below) follow:
March 1 - submission of PROPOSED AMENDMENTS (other than those that are DUES RELATED) to the AFT Connecticut constitution.
April 1 - submission of NOMINATIONS for the Joseph H. Soifer Award and the Unionist of the Year.
April 1 - submission of PROPOSED DUES-RELATED AMENDMENTS to the AFT Connecticut constitution.
April 1 - names and addresses of local union's PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE and FINANCIAL OFFICERS.
April 1 - names and addresses of local union's OFFICERS, BOARD MEMBERS and DELEGATES.
April 1 - copy of local union's CURRENT CONSTITUTION.
April 1 - copy of local union's AUDIT/REVIEW/FINANCIAL STATEMENT.
April 10 - submission of RESOLUTIONS for consideration by convention delegates.
April 16 - local union DUES paid through February 2021.
April 29 - submission of DELEGATES list (form linked below - e-mail addresses listed must match the e-mail used to sign in to Zoom for the convention).
Proceeds from convention registration will fund the Sharon M. Palmer Scholarship Program.
