DESCRIPTION:\nMembers of all AFT Connecticut-affiliated local unions and chapters are invited to this virtual session in order to learn how federal legislation passed in mid-2025 threatens Connecticut communities. Language in the budgetary reconciliation spending package allows state elected officials to divert funds, reduce enrollment and weaken accountability in PreK-12 public schools.
