DESCRIPTION:\nMembers of AFT Connecticut-affiliated local unions and chapters representing PreK-12 teachers and paraprofessionals and school-related personnel (PSRP) are invited to this legislative and community advocacy training. This inaugural session will explore real-world challenges facing teachers and paraeducators, while providing participants tools and strategies to lobby for and secure the resources students deserve. \n\n\n\nThe purpose is to move from frustration to action, building solutions that can make a difference in classrooms, schools and districts.
