DESCRIPTION:\nPolls are open for municipal primary elections in 21 communities across Connecticut with Democratic or Republican primaries for nominations to municipal offices. Registered voters will have the opportunity to cast ballots for candidates from their registered political party only for select offices including mayor, select, representative and education board and town council members.\n\n\n\nAbsentee ballots will be available beginning Aug 19 and must be received by their Town Clerks’ offices no later than 8:00 pm on Election Day.
