DESCRIPTION:\nMembers of AFT Connecticut-affiliated Higher Education, PreK-12, Public Employee and PSRP unions * are invited to attend this first of a two-part course. ** Participants will learn, hands-on, the steps for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), propose use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and basic adult first aid. An American Safety Health Institute (ASHI) approved certification card, good for two years, provided  ** after completion of the full course.\n\n\n\nSnacks provided.
