SUMMARY:Connecticut for All “Democracy School”
DESCRIPTION:\nMembers of all AFT Connecticut-affiliated unions are invited to join labor, faith and community allies to lay the foundation  for strategic investment in key areas during the 2025 legislative session. Despite record surpluses, this year state lawmakers and the governor failed to reform restrictive fiscal guardrails that hamper investments in public services and programs that working families and small businesses depend on. \n\n\n\nLight breakfast and lunch will be served.\n\n\n\nThe event is being organized by Connecticut for All (CTFA) and the State Employees Bargaining Agent Coalition (SEBAC), both of which include AFT Connecticut.\n\n\n\nClick here  to register to attend (note: participation is limited to members of CTFA-affiliated organizations).\n\n\n\nJul-27-CT4A-Democracy-Schl-Flyr ( https://aftct.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Jul-27-CT4A-Democracy-Schl-Flyr.pdf )Download\n
