DESCRIPTION:\nNote: takes place of regularly scheduled monthly Healthcare Council meeting.\n\n\n\nMembers of AFT Connecticut-affiliated healthcare unions are invited to attend an all new webinar focusing on the new “safe patient limits” law effective on October 1, 2023. This new statute, passed by the legislature in June and subsequently signed by the governor, empowers bedside caregivers with a majority on their hospital’s staffing committee.
